Design

The manufacturer at Yamaha has crafted Grande on a completely retro theme that makes it look extraordinary in today’s hi-tech world. It has been outfitted on the tubular steel material frame. Talking about its engine and performance, Yamaha Grande has a 124cc single cylinder, 4-stroke, 2-valve, SOHC, air-cooled 0.124-litre engine to develop huge power. It exhales 8.11 hp at 6500 rpm and a peak torque of 9.7 nm at 5000 rpm and promises a better fuel combustion and efficiency. With the injection fuel supply system, the 0.124-litre engine gives a decent mileage on the highway and in the city. The top speed of Grande is 80 kmph with a variable speed gearbox.

Handling

The Japanese manufacturer has used telescopic suspension at the front and unit swing arm suspension at the rear which are handled by a coil spring. Grande moves on tubeless tyres size 110/70 R 12 at both ends. The tubeless tyres give an excellent grip even on the bumpy roads and one can abstract every ounce of juice it has on offer.
